Why can't I hear the preview from the Ringtone Player?

There is one thing you can try if you are using Internet Explorer:
1. Go to Tools --> Internet Options.
2. Go to the Privacy Tab
3. Click the Advanced Button.
4. Make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
5. Make sure "Accept" is selected under "First-party Cookies"
6. Click OK
7. Next, Click the Edit Button under "Web Sites"
8. Go down the list and make sure that the Domain "ringtonejukebox.com" is not listed.
9. If it is listed, Highlight it and click remove.
10. Click OK
11. Click OK
